Companies House Services Status

16/06 - Companies House have advised that that all services are now available to submit filings. They have also noted it may take several days to process some filings so filings received now will be queued to be processed once they have caught up.

13/06 - Companies House have advised they have closed webfiling while they investigate the issue. Further information can be found on:
11/06 - Companies House have provided a further update
We are receiving filings, but they’re being queued and are not currently being processed. As a result, these queued filings will not appear on the API or web services until after this issue is resolved.
We’re advising customers to continue to file as normal, though it may take longer than usual for these filings to appear on the register after submission. As a result, we will not be able to process same day filings until further notice.
11/06 - Companies House have confirmed they are experiencing a problem with addiional details below:
We are currently experiencing an internal system issue impacting the processing of submissions. Submissions are currently being stored at the front end and are not being passed through to our back-end systems, which means you may not receive a polling response, or your submission may remain in a pending state.
10/06 - We are having reports that there may be issues in filing online to Companies House and you may receive an "8023:EF documents not found." message.
